BlackRock Digital Assets is an editorial label for the asset manager's crypto-linked and tokenized investment initiatives rather than a separate legal company. The scope includes iShares spot Bitcoin and Ether exchange-traded products, the BUIDL tokenized liquidity fund and institutional work connecting traditional fund structures with blockchain-based issuance and servicing. Coverage should follow product filings, fund operations, custody and tokenization partnerships, regulatory decisions and material changes to access or risk controls. Individual ETFs, BUIDL, service providers and underlying networks require their own tags when their specific structure is the main subject.
